Local forecasts

When identifying a location, a local forecast is available, which includes daily projections of viral activity. This forecast comprises:

1. daily estimates of viral activity;
2. a graphical representation of these estimates, accompanied by information on the range of possible values within one standard deviation (68% interval);
3. a geographic map illustrating local viral activity on a larger scale.

Maps display the median estimated local activity level, with colors following the same scale as described above. Please note that not all countries for which estimates are calculated are included on the maps. This may occur due to reliability concerns.
